Refund policy

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with no makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, odors, pet hair, tears, or signs of wear.

Items that are worn, torn, stained, damaged, washed, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Alti’s Shop reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
